    I don't think it was meant to be aggressive. It's just that it's meaningless to say you can save £x using your method. You could use actual figures and find your present supplier cheaper than the one your results gave.

    It's like Tesco saying you can save £20 on a trolley of shopping if you buy from them instead of Asda. It means nothing unless they say what you have to buy and how much you have to spend.
