for some reason mine was declined by my cc company, but they said it was taken then refunded, i despair, time to reorder using a different card, this will be about the 5th ive ordered

It now wont let me re-order, everytime i replace the 20% off code with the 30% one and I get to the final stage and it was says '20% one already redeemed' arghhhhhhhhhhh

Right problems problems problems, I too had a confirmation email stating that "the order has been processed and will be despatched to you shortly". Woke up this morning to an email stating they the credit card had been declined.....phone them and they say that the offer is not valid on TV’s hence why the money has been refunded.
WELL REALLY!! On your website it clearly states 30% of EVERYTHING! With your first order. The order was processed and I have a receipt so looks like trading standards will be getting involved!

I would take a deep breath there. I too have ordered this tv and regard it as being a bonus if it turns up. The terms & conditions clearly state discount does not apply to electrical goods so don't fancy your chances of winning over trading standards or anyone else, 1st thing they will look at.

So why on the front page does it state " 30% discount off everything! when you place your first order with freemans" no terms or conditions there!

And why did they process the order stating £630 for samsung lcd tv and tell me it was getting delivered??

I think trading standard will have something to say about that!
