in IVA & DRO
Not sure if I've got this right but it looks like a part of the contract of the IVA is for us to sign to agree for a charge to be put against the house on the land registry. (that fair enough I guess) - but told by CCCS today that a copy of the IVA (and everyone we owe money to) is also registered. Did I get confused with that one? If not I don't like that bit anyone could look at our personal details!

Think you've confused that one a little.
A restriction will be lodged with Land Registry, basically to stop you disposing of (or doing anything else with) your property without your supervisor's knowledge during the IVA.
A copy of your IVA will be sent to all creditors, but it will not be publically available. The only public record will be an entry on the Insolvency Register, which merely states that you are in an IVA and doesn't give details of your proposal.
