Caledonian Sleeper Bargain Berths

Hi, does anyone know when Caledonian Sleeper bargain berths are released - time and day of the week? I've been monitoring it for a couple of weeks and haven't been able to find out exactly. I thought it was Monday morning, then some were released over the weekend.
Thanks for any tips you can give.
