I have installed c cleaner and ticked the most basic of boxes, one mentions FONTS (do you want to get rid,) or similar, so I did not select yes for this.
I then used the c cleaner. After doing this, I see that some of my documents are now unreadable..... (the text has gone into blocks/strange symbols/gobbledegook.
When I googled 'To restore fonts' it says you must get you windows installation disc and re-install it. I don't have my windows disc anymore. What do I do now please?

Quickest and easiest thing to try first would be a system restore to a point before you done that.
Give that a try first ( Start /Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore )0 -
XP or Vista? Quickest way would be for someone to PM you a zipped file of the standard OS fonts I'd imagine...0
