Help please,internet prolem with 3

Hi,dont know if ill be able to answer straight away,im on 3 (dongle) had no real problems so far but now its really doing my head in been like this for 2 days,when i try to get on the internet the the 3 usb modem (where u click connect) is showing full bar but wont connect to the net,when and if it finally does it will not always load a page. im using firefox tried ie google chrome same outcome,have run ccleaner,malware and defrag so i dont think its anything their,where the 2 screens should show blue on taskbar (if you know what i mean, sorry not very tech minded)sometimes just 1 flashes now and then but most of time showing blank,please,please, help have listed items on ebay that need to check plus a kind sole on here need to contact

Can you access https://www.three.co.uk normally and other pages on the Internet do not work?

hi robt,i can access all pages but sometimes it stick-sometimes will not load,sometimes internet goes off alltogether,then cant get back on, not getting no joy from 3 so thought id ask here like now ill reply then hit and miss if message can be sent, then i have to start over,
