If someone has a claim for bank charges then that argument is not valid until the OFT test case has decided on whether bank charges are assessable for fairness under the UTCCR 1999. If the answer is yes, then unfortunately, the banks have been poorly running or should that be ruining their customers accountsOnce_bitten wrote: »But what about closing accounts on the basis they are poorly run?

Are you suggesting that the ONLY reason people get into trouble is because of the banks? If someone is continually getting charged at some point they have to look to themselves for at least part of the problem, especially if they are on their second or third round of reclaims0
