Hi,
would it not be a good idea to sign up for this and then if a better one is found within the next couple of months, could I then transfer to that one. Or are you obligated to keep the fixed rate ISA withTSB?
Plus the advantage of taking this offer up means the ISA will begin immediately from the date stated, whereas if you move your existing TSB ISA elsewhere it could take ages to set up as I have found out several times previously
