just had a knock on door but never got to it in time and had a thing pushed through door from courts saying please ring blar blar blar bailff but on my form from court its says to be paid no later then 13th today so was going to go into town and pay it i don't get this do i phone them

I don't really understand your question -do you know what debt this 'thing' refers to? What form have you had from Court?

i had a debt on my car so its from that never paid it stupid of me so they sent me to court got a letter from the courts saying it had to be paid by the 13th (today) or bailffs will come.
well this morning there was a knock on the door but never got to it in time and he pushed a letter with the court headprint on the top saying in handwriting my name, please ring 07 so on, bailft.

I would call Herbie21 and ask her advice - you have left it very late so right now you need some specialist advice and Herbie is really the best person to speak to...

phone them, if you have the money and its to be paid by today you have done nothing wrong.
Phone them and they will tell you what to do with your payment!!

i'm going to pay it today that was the plan all along as have 2 young children i'm scared to go into town on my own with them so was was waiting til oh's day off so he can come.
