Bluetooth Belkin help..

I'm trying to transfer music off the PC onto my daughters Samsung D500 via a Belkin dongle, and when i think i've cracked it i get a error message saying error copying file. I can copy onto the PC from her phone. I can't find much help from the help files on this.
Can anyone shed a little light on this for me, i think it may be the type if file or something like that perhaps. I'm a bit of a mobile novice.

there are two ways of transferring from pcs to mobile and vice versa. Either by sharing folders or using a push/pull service. i suspect that you are either trying to copy the file to an incompatible storage area, the file is too big for the phone/storage area or you could be doing it incorrectly.

are you trying to copy/paste it(1st version above) or trying to send it? If you send it (the preferred method) you will get a message on the phone and then you can save it to an aoppropriate area on the phone.

I'm trying to send it, and it starts to send it but a error box comes up every time.There is next to nothing on the phone so it can't be full up, and the connection works as i have copied stuff off her mobile onto the PC.
Any ideas..

Ive done this loads with pictures, but never audio. i just right click and send to bluetooth device. done!!
it might be the phone, 'cos im using a sony erricson k700i
