Please help. I have entered the wrong details for accessing e mails from another ISP provider and now I cannot access this web sites e mail programme.There are no ways that I can change it from the message screen they sent. How do I change the information i input as I dont remember which site I first used it for,!

Try clearing your cookies, as it may be 'remembering' the wrong details.

If you are using outlook exp or incredimail just goto the accounts tab, select the mail box and change the details

I cannot access this web sites e mail programme.
I'm not quite sure from your explanation what you have done, but web sites and email programs (aka email clients) are completely separate.
Your email client needs to be set up to collect email from your POP3 or IMAP server, and to send email via your ISP's SMTP server.
You may need to set the MIME properties of "mailto" links in your web browser so that they open with your preferred email client.0
