    Not very attractive terms at all. The cost of guarantee is far too expensive and the cap is far too low. Wouldnt go near it.

    If they wanted your cash they would have offered better terms. These are cash cows for their profitability rather than yours. No offence but they are being marketed with the sole aim to take advantage of low interest rates and sucker in people who dont realise how poor value these are.
