Excellant service from them both when buying and more importantly dealing with problems should they occur.
bought a present for grandaughter way back in october for xmas.............has a problem with it and was concerned there may be a problem with replacing it
one e-mail and a replacement will be sent out ,free of charge.....1 day later,notification it is on it's way..thank you amazon:D excellant

I ordered a Bob the Builder DVD for my son, it arrived sealed but the case was empty when I opened it.
I emailed them - they replied within the hour and I had a new DVD the following day before I had even had a chance to send the old case back.

I let my gift coupons expire (I didn't know they did). It was £30. I emailed saying I thought it was unfair. They reinstated them to my account for another 6 months! I was expecting a 'tough luck' response, was surprised.0
