Office 2003 Colour Scheme?

I installed Office 2003, and the colour scheme matches that of windows. I.e the toolbars are blue, I know I can change this from Display Properties in Appearence however this would mean also changing windows colour scheme.

Basically I want a blue windows colour scheme and I want my Office colour scheme to be silver (like it was before on my old office which is office 2002)

Is this possible? Could someone please help us out

So how do I change the color scheme to silver, and keep windows colour scheme on the default blue...

Right Click the Desktop, Properties, Appearance, Colour Scheme.

What im saying is that office follows whatever colour scheme windows has
you cannot change it individually from windows.
