Enforced Shutdowns

The company i work for had an enforced weeks shutdown added onto the end of the Christmas holiday where they paid only £20.48 per day for the 5 days.
They can do this every 13 weeks if business does not pick up.
Not much we can do about this will just have to see what happens next.
