    I would:-

    1. Uninstall stopzilla
    2. turn off the Tea Timer facility in Spybot
    3. Update your Java (should be v11)
    4. Find the Norton removal tool and use it as you have Norton hangovers in there
    5. download and run CCleaner, delete all it finds
    6. Fix these in HJT:-

    R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)

(there may be more later, depending on how the uninstall of stopzilla and norton goes..)

    7. download, install, update and run a full Malwarebytes scan, deleting anything it finds and post the log, followed by
    8. another HJT scan and log...

this lot should help.....will pop back later when not in work to see how it's going...

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple :D

Right I've followed the Instructions below.....

    1. Uninstall stopzilla - Done this
    2. turn off the Tea Timer facility in Spybot - Think I did this correctly? I found it in Tools- Resident Protection Status - and unticked the box ??
    3. Update your Java (should be v11) - Downloaded Recommended Java - Version 6 Update 11 ?
    4. Find the Norton removal tool and use it as you have Norton hangovers in there - The Only thing related to Norton on my PC is "Norton Security Online" Folder which just contained Webpages so i've deleted these ?
    5. download and run CCleaner, delete all it finds -Done this
    6. Fix these in HJT:- Deleted/Fixed this

    R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)

(there may be more later, depending on how the uninstall of stopzilla and norton goes..)

    7. download, install, update and run a full Malwarebytes scan, deleting anything it finds and post the log. - Already had Malwarebytes downloaded so did another Scan but it was clear. I have posted results below anyway
    8. another HJT scan and log... Did another Scan and posted results below

I Still have the Google Re-direct Problem. I'm going to re-start and see if that helps.

  • Please download GooredFix and save it to your Desktop. Double-click Goored.exe to run it. Select 1. Find Goored (no fix) by typing 1 and pressing Enter. A log will open, please post the contents of that log in your next reply (it can also be found on your desktop, called Goored.txt). Note: Do not run Option #2 yet.

Well you did right with what you said about switching tea timer off. Are you SURE you unticked it? (Should have gone from the control panel bottom right)

    Anyways ~ THIS is dodgy
    F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Config\csrss.exe

Please do a scan with Kaspersky Online Scanner

Note: If you are using Windows Vista, open your browser by right-clicking on its icon and select 'Run as administrator' to perform this scan.

Click on the Accept button and install any components it needs.
    • The program will install and then begin downloading the latest definition files.
    • After the files have been downloaded on the left side of the page in the Scan section select My Computer
    • This will start the program and scan your system.
    • The scan will take a while, so be patient and let it run.
    • Once the scan is complete, click on View scan report
    • Now, click on the Save Report as button.
    • Save the file to your desktop.
    • Copy and paste that information in your next post.
(Might need to be run using internet explorer)
