Trial period

Hi I was made redundant at the end of october and given 4 weeks notice, which i did not initially work, after 2 weeks notice i was offered a trial at another branch and was told that i would get another monthes money, i did the 4 week trial and i did not work out so i took my redundancy, they are now saying i will only get two weeks money as the other was part of my notice period ? sadly i have nothing in writing other than my finish date which is the start of my notice period,

Do they owe me the extra money ? Is there anything i can do ?

Also as yet still had no final pay packet or P45 ? (due end of december)

No they are correct, you worked the two weeks during your notice period
so no extra is due. It would mean you would be paid twice for the same two weeks. If things had been normal you would have worked your 4 weeks notice. You should have by now received your P45. I would contact them and see where your pay and P45 is
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
