If he's cold in his room so he needs a fan heater - and if the others are cold because the CH isn't that good ... maybe (if the thermostat IS in the fan heated room) they could explain this to the guy and all agree to turn the thermostat up 5 degrees, or whatever.
Explain to him it costs as much to heat his one room as heating the WHOLE of the house with the CH.
Although maybe he's one of those cold people, which would mean it's not his fault.
Does he have a north-facing room? They can be bloomin' nippy. Perhaps a room swap with somebody else might solve it?0 -
