Savings/CD dual-signature or other such protection?

I have an investor willing to loan money to my business for specific purposes. We have a contract to that effect, but he is looking for additional protection, such as dual-signautre or even a CD that would mature in his name?
Is there any financial instrument we could use to do so under my business account rather then just relying on a contract that exposes him more?
I know I can ask my bank but prefer to sound a little knowledgeable when I run new accounts by them
Thanks in advance
