Booo hiss ME wont let me change to another deal at the mo with them despite the waive of the ERC, they say I have t wait until nearer the time when my fixed rate is due to end which is Nov sob sob.Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0

I am also tied in to a fixed rate until 2011 on interest only, Im wondering if they will let you switch to a better deal if you agree to overpay therefore lowering your mortgage and their debt which is better for everyone surely or am I being deluded?!0
