Thanks, im running in FF, can i download spybot? This has never happened before, I have a firewall but thats about it :S

Well said GJ - as previously said there was a discussion (in the discussion thread) about a challenge for 2009, the consensus was a pick 3 "it will be mine in 2009" - anyone could have a say and that idea prevailed.
As it has also been previously stated discussions take place in the discussion thread or the inn - BGs (board guides) only can make "stickies" and you would need one of these to make this thread a sticky, but as the idea was discussed - and dismissed this thread will probably be merged into the discussion thread - also previously stated.
Well done for trying to contribute but tbh you may have gone about it the wrong way and your replies to constructive criticism has riled a few people - whether theyre older or not some folks grasp how the boards work because theyve been here longer, throwing a strop when someone points this out doesnt really look too good.. I personally am doing the mine in 2009 as I could enter each and every comp but a lot would be totally useless to me in the long run however good my total may look.

When you download Hijack This copy and paste your log file here it will flag up what is good or bad

This thread has obviously been started in good faith but an official board challenge has already been chosen and if people start posting their own challenges you will end up with one helluva messy board where no-one will be able to find the comps!

Of course people can set themselves any challenge they wish and keep their own running totals, why not?

This thread NEEDS to be closed purely because it's going to cause a lot of friction and I don't think any of us want another 'comps ending' situation :eek:

Right i have merged this.It was agreed that there was a new challenge for next year though i don't know about it personally as it doesn't interest me but we can't all go around starting new challenges as it would clutter the board.Missessex you have gone about this all wrong and as others have said,and don't take this personally,you seem to have rubbed people up the wrong way you ahve spoke to them on your thread:)

Can we stick to the one challenge for the reasons i gave above:)
Also as others said if you want to do the same challenge as this year then maybe do it by keeping tabs yourself etc?
It wouldn't be a sticky anyway as we already have too many:/
