Hi everyone, I recently won a competition through ubisoft website. I won an Intel Core i7 965 extreme edition proccesor.

I recieved the prize today but the box arrived ripped & they've sent the wrong one, they've sent me the i7 - 920 which is worth under £300, the one I should of recieved is worth over £800

I've been on the phone to 3 people so far with no luck & emailed 2 people. Ubisoft said I need to contact Intel, but Intel are such a huge company I can't seem to get anyone to listen to me...

What should I do? I wouldnt bother usually but its quite a big prize

According to to the ISP

‘Promoters are responsible for all aspects and all stages of promotions.’

If Ubisoft is the promoter then they are responsible for delivering to you what they promised to deliver. If someone else has made a mistake then Ubisoft should be chasing it up, not you. In your place I would get back to them and say that you expect to have the prize that you you were promised delivered to you within the next three weeks, or you will make an official complaint to the ISP.

You have an extra digit in there, I removed a zero, and it comes up on whocallsme as spam. hth
