hi all, just to confirm you can enter all of the smooth radio comps on different sites, this is the email I've had:

GMG Radio owns the following stations...

Century Radio North East
Century Radio North West
Real Radio Yorkshire
Real Radio Wales
Real Radio Scotland
Smooth Radio North East
Smooth Radio North West
Smooth Radio East Midlands
Smooth Radio West Midlands
Smooth Radio Glasgow
Smooth Radio London
Rock Radio North East
Rock Radio Manchester
Rock Radio Scotland

You are free to enter competitions on all of these sites if you wish.
They are open to everyone worldwide.

So if you were to enter a competition on the website for Smooth Radio
North East you can still enter a competition on the website for Smooth
Radio East Midlands. Likewise, you are still free to enter competitions
on Century Radio North East.

OK, fair enough, whatever she did was wrong, but do you have to keep going on about it? More to the point, do you all have to keep ganging up on her? I feel very uncomfortable with what is going on. I've just popped in for a mild rant ... hope no one minds

I've seen a couple of posts today where relative "newbies" have posted on a comp thread (not just to say thanks but to write a proper English sentence, albeit an unimportant one) thus bumping the thread and someone comes along and has a go at them. Whereas on another post(s) a "regular" posts something equally as unimportant and no one cares

None of these people are BG's, just regular posters.

I'm not a "newbie" so really this shouldn't bother me but for some reason it's niggling!

I agree, particularly when T&Cs don't say anything important. I think it is important tho that the T&Cs are posted for holiday and travel type comps as, if any of us are lucky to win, then you can easily see what the content of the prize is and the T&Cs might have been removed from the website.

What do others think?

I agree with this too, found this happening more and more and no one bats an eyelid if it's a regular

It doesn't do any good anyway because the poster is unlikely to revisit the thread.
