won quite a few on the postals, recently 6 bottles of wine, £250 hair care stuff and quite a lot of people have won the £100 daily mail name game comp, sure you will win something nice soon on them
see im waving my pixiedust for you:D0 -
Postals is my now my dhs contribution to comping...
HJB, naw your not, I can see the reasoning on comps with big prizes, but not on all the sub £100 prizes T&Cs...My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly
Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx0 -
Just wondered is anyone winning on the postals - its just that I don't mean to moan but I'm just in that mood!! I have entering them for over a year and have won once a scrabble game, I do enter loads on them but nothing, sorry for moaning...just wondered if it was just me
I gave up entering postal competitions several years ago, and that was probably the best thing I have done.
My view it is so much quicker to enter via web than to complete a postal entry.
I used to spend a lot on stamps but not any more.
My greatest success with postal comps with "all in one envelope" comps.
You could print off 100 free post cards ,put them in one envelope, and they would be accepted (I had some significant wins). I think most postal comps don't do this any more as too many people were doing the same.
I sometimes think that so many people are switching to web entries that maybe postal entries may have a better chance of winning?
Just my personal views
Good luck with whatever form of entry you prefer

I can postcards free from cinema & stamps free from Research International so it's not costing me money really so I thought I'd go for it. Both my kids like helping too, putting the stamps on, posting them in the box etc so it's a fun way to get them used to posting items.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0

Already have a stockpile of free post cards

The reason I ask is, sometimes parcels/post is delivered to a house down the road from me. It has the same number but is 61
road and mine is 61 .......... house, mine's a tower block compared to a small house. The lady that lives there has my number in case anything is delivered to her by mistake, she has often brought post up to me, bless her, sorry, I'm rambling.
She rang at 1.50pm and said that someone had tried to deliver a white box with my name on but her address, she gave the man instructions how to find me and wrote the correct address on the box, she did say she wasn't sure he understood her though.
Nothing has turned up and I'm hoping it's just been taken back and will be sent out again tomorrow. The driver was wearing a red coat, not sure if it's a uniform.
Any ideas please? xxxxxxxxxx0 -
