Is anyone having problems with Cokezone? I had some trouble over the weekend but I think the site was down generally. Now my account seems to have been deleted! and I just put 30 odd points on it, so I'm gutted. Won't let me send my password to myself and the password I'm sure I used on it isn't working.

Anyone else?

I don't seem to be able to log in either. Not getting any errors, just doesn't log in.

EDIT: Now getting:This site is undergoing scheduled maintenance.

Ahh thanks happypig! Yeah it didn't say I couldnt log in as such, it just wouldnt, so that must be it

Thank you very much for your kind comments Mrs Yorkie - your understanding as to why I have posted is most appreciated.

In response to Baby Giant's comments: I don't enter that many competitions but when I do, and when it involves quite a bit of time and effort as did this one (coming up with the name, ingredients and even an optional picture of the drink) then I yes, I do keep tabs on the closing date and if there are any subsequent winners announced, and why not? I also feel that it's right to let other people using this board know about possible complications. If everyone had your laissez faire approach, promoters would be able to get away with anything. Of course none of us have the time to chase everything we enter, but just the odd chase up here and there can make the world of difference to compers everywhere. As it happens, this has taken a few phone calls - not much longer than it's taken you to post your comments here.

Thanks to other comments on this thread, I now know who to contact with regards to this promotion and hopefully promoters, whether these or others, will learn that it's not ethical to gain sales through promising prizes that do not exist (until someone complains).

Wasn't being sarcastic - just amazed that people use the time and effort to chase these up!

Quick question though - Why didn't you warn us of what was happening in December with the response to your initial call about the "Fix".

i think that every time i enter, never won from a few competition even though been entering some for 5 years....

i managed to log in ok about 7pm last night so the site may be up and down while they are putting finishing touches to it.

I have won a DVD once from Empire - but the package was so poorly addressed its amazing that I ever received it!

I won a 'GOODY BAG' from lastbroadcast last summer but never received it. I sent 2 e-mails querying it but never got a reply!!

I always wondered about the lack of last broadcast winners.

It seems people win but they don't bother to send prizes!
