Smile Student Overdraft - Charge?

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience of the Smile Student Overdraft? The terms and conditions clearly state that the charge for arranging a formal student overdraft is nil. However, when you log into your account online to apply for the overdraft, it states that a £20 fee will be incurred. (The T&Cs state that this fee is true for all other accounts except the student one.)
Has anyone applied for the student overdraft like this? Did you incur the £20 arrangement fee?
Many thanks.
