  • You can do your own pulse for the initial examination, but you'll see sometimes the workout suggests the heart rate zone you should be in - and it comes in handy to check then as you can't check your own pulse while doing a step-touch :D

Does anyone know the difference between the green and blue covers on the game please? Just want to check I'm getting the right game, thanks
  • Haven't seen a green version, mine is blue - do you mean My Health Coach? That's a DS game.

The versions at tesco and asda are green with a different lady on, but contents seem the same, both for the wii etc - think its just diff packaging. In stock at asda and tesco just want to check its the right thing thanks
  • How strange... can't think why they've done that. Either way the lady on the front isn't the actual trainer anyway... lol!

Also, I use 2 cans of beans instead of weights, works well. If I buy another ball, hubby will have a fit, didn't use last one, lol! I am using my wii balance board as the step, not as high as a proper step, but works okay for me.

You also have different scenes and music to chooose from.
Also choose your daily focus - cardio, yoga, flexibility, lower, upper etc.
  • Does anyone know if there is something similar either at the moment or in the future compatible for the xbox 360. Sounds ideal.
