Another spammer..................:rolleyes:What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0 -
Cancelled my SG order and reordered from GameStation instead (in stock and they're always quick).
I would say for anyone considering buying/waiting for theirs: it's is a very good idea to get hold of a heart rate monitor, a fitness ball (or a spacehopper if you must), a step (or a few short planks nailed to some MDF), some weights and a yoga mat (or some thick towels). The more equipment you have to use the more effective the workout is - but that said a normal workout will have you sweating buckets in any case so you'll definitely want to protect your carpet/floor somehow when you have to lay down for the yoga moves...0 -

might have been a better game if it did though

There's very little you can do with My Fitness Coach that you could actually use a Wii Fit board for - except weigh yourself. It's not tall enough to be a step and won't assist with any of the weight or yoga workouts...
It's actually better for it, as you only need to spend £15 on the software rather than £90 on the software and a balance board.0 -
I picked this up in Asda store, peterborough and I love it. It is great. A word of warning though, lol! Every now and then it asks you how you found that section of the workout, if you click 'no sweat', she makes it harder next time, lol!
You can easily use this without the heartbeat monitor, just count your pulse yourself.
Brilliant, actually prefer it to the wii fit!
