when do you need a food hygiene certificate...?

if making food and selling on to organisations such as gyms or other does this require a food hygiene certificate. how does this work ? thanks in advance.

check with local environmental health office- they may insist on it if you want to trade commercially..
and its a good course to take anyway, to be up on what to look out for when storing/handling/cooking food.Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
