12 months travel insurance - NOT annual travel insurance

Hi there
Does anybody know where I can get travel insurance from that will cover a 12 month trip throughout Europe?
I don't want one of the annual travel insurance plans as we (me and my OH) will be travelling for the whole 12 months
I'm really struggling to find anywhere that provides this
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
