Prepayment meters - should I change?

I've always said when I could change I would but now I'm not so sure, we use on average £5-10 electric a week depending if we use tumble drier and around £15 gas a week, both with British Gas, would it be loads cheaper to change to continuous supply? We'd pay by direct debit either monthly or quarterly if we were to change.

take some meter readings to see what you are using
then work it out from there
do you know what rate you are being charged nowremember it is nice to be important
