Needing help with credit card reclaims

Im about to start the process of claiming my charges on my credit cards.
What I really need to know before I start is....
Can I reclaim even though they are currently with the debt collection services?
I have to pay numerous debt collections installments of my balances not the actual credit card companies, but could i still go ahead with the reclaiming?
Also I have store cards and also credit cards as a CCJ, can these still be claimed back?
Finally, does the reclaiming mean only credit card and store cards or can it be loans from the bank too?
All of mine are with the debt collection agencies bar one.

What exactly are you trying to reclaim- interest charged will not be allowed under any circumstance.
If you do succeed expect some to pay it back directly to reduce the outstanding debt.0 -
I forgot to mention that the reclaims I would hopefully get would be the late payment fees and overdrawn fees (if poss).

Wow almost as harsh as your viewpoint on challenging CCAs
The courts have dictated that some of these charges are unlawful and debtors are within their rights to reclaim them. Nothing to do with easy ways out really.0 -
Sorry, but I did not realise I had to give full indepth details in to how I got in that position in the first place.
Yes, we all know to handle money alot better, but unfortunately things happen in life where that is not possible.
I dont want any of the money claimed back to go to me, I want the money to clear the debts quicker.
