Thanks everyone for your kind words....
I had to sign off for a couple of hours for a date with a chiropractor:rolleyes:
My back has been playing up recently and so I decided to claim through the health care scheme we have at work...

I had to snigger whe he asked if I had had a fall, or an injury, or ANY STRESS recently :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    I said yes, a little bit...... :D

and he proceeded to manhandle me for about 45 mins :o

the end result? I am feeling a whole lot better, I must say, so both ends of the day have been a success.....

    onwards and upwards.....

Congratulations SA, good for you, glad it went well.

I bet it feels like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

Sounds like you have got a decent OR as well, which is important.

Good luck & wishing you a debt free future.

Thanks Costus for your kind words and support in the past.
The guy I spoke to was just the "gofer" for the OR examiner.....
might be a different story when I speak to him, but here's hoping it will be another positive experience! ;)

dalip - you are not going to believe this, but I had the worst nights sleep ever!!

I was up at 3.00am watching live cricket! I can only think that my head was still buzzing from what this will actually mean from now on (relief) and I was a bit sore after my chiropractic experience.

I am absolutely knac**red this morning, but happy......:T

WHAT:eek: cricket does it for me every time i get insomnia, just can not understand how you managed to stay awake. You back must have been sore:rotfl: .

I do think it takes a few days to sink in. I never really felt relief until after the interview. Now i can sleep 8 hours straight off. Bliss
