Help!..home insurance say claim invalid

    i had similar prob last year, flat roof leaked and caused lots of damage to the bedroom and living room, nsurance would not cover the flat roof ( cant remember the reason) but they stood good for bedroom ceiling walls and flooring,and lounge ceiling and new laminate. decorated the whole rooms in new colours what i wanted, cant complain really, that was abbey

    The flat roof leaking would probably have been a maintenance issue, which is why that wouldn't have been covered.
    My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.
