PCN can i appeal?

Just received a PCN for parking on a residential parking zone. Stupidly, I hadn't displayed my card and received a notice. The notice has all the details but they have put the wrong 'make' of car. Could I appeal?

    Not on that no.

lots of possibilities though. Scan up ticket and post it here with personal details removed. get pics of signage and road markings if possible.

At the very least say which Council (crucial)

This has happened to me. Wrong make & colour

They cancelled the ticket when I sent a copy back & asked if they had got the right car. :)

It can apply if the make and colour are so significantly wrong that they raise doubts about the CEO's obs skills - hence throwing the entire event into doubt.
However, there is no legal requirement to include make or colour on a PCN - only DfT Guidance.

OP is missing the opportunity to win via non-compliance of this PCN as I said earlier.
