Wierd access with Firefox

Last night annoyingly I became practically unable to access all the MSE Forums.
That is, the ordinary part of the site was OK but on pressing the access to Forums (aka Forum's :rolleyes: ) they come on screen with extremely small and faint lettering. So illeggible as to be useless. I tried logging out and back, switching computer off and on. It happens also to the non-password protected part of the Forums (most of it if you are just reading) as well as protected. It happens whatever route of access I try. It is not happening with any other site. As usual I cannot reconstruct what I was doing when this started, but I had been at some indirectly found you-tube site.

That is, my connection is there and I can log in but it is just unusable because of the visual interface

Then today the problem is still the same, but I had the inspiration that I am these days using Firefox. I came back to IE and it works just fine and normal.

So I wonder if anyone recognises these symptoms and can advise, in English not gobbledygeek, what to do about them?

Using FF here also and no problems this side. Are u using the latest version of FF??

I think so, I only started using it a couple of months ago and already they sent me an update.

I notice e.g. right here I do not have a spellcheck; on Firefox I had one.
