You havn't said what company you are with; or the type of tariff.

Some Internet accounts may insist on DD payments?

sorry, the company is scottish power. It isn't online tarriff unless they've chosen to use that one. It has all become a bit of a mine field to me. with having a lot of other things to sort out too. Once everything is running on even keel i may be able to find myself something better.
