Hi cardew
I have since found out from a very helpful operator, unlike the last one, That they apparently don't do quarterly billing as an option anymore. The last operator was most abrupt and said "you can't have quarterly billing anymore there is no going back". It wasn't down to me personally it was a company issue. That is unless i have been given a lot of bull again. It gets to the point you start doubting what to believe i'm afraid as goalposts and rules constantly get changed. I could write a book:rotfl:
You havn't said what company you are with; or the type of tariff.
Some Internet accounts may insist on DD payments?0 -
sorry, the company is scottish power. It isn't online tarriff unless they've chosen to use that one. It has all become a bit of a mine field to me. with having a lot of other things to sort out too. Once everything is running on even keel i may be able to find myself something better.0
