Playing Music

help.gif I always listen to music on my computer. All of a sudden today it has gone strange. When music is playing, whether it's music already on Windows Media Player or a cd I try to play, I can hear the music ok, but the singing seems to have disappeared into the background. I have Vista Home premium.

Can anyone help me - I need my music.

Have you setup or changed an equalizer on your music application? Sounds like the vocal frequencies are being muted down, or all the other frequencies are being boosted to drown the vocal range slightly.

Thanks for your reply. I haven't changed anything at all. OK - just got hubby to check all the wires at the back - one had come loose, that seems to have been the problem. Thanks again.
