Post Office LIfeStyle Protection Insurance - Any Good?

Hi, Has anyone claimed / had experience with Post Office LifeStyle Insurance? I am seriously thinking f taking this out but am a bit dubious. Has anyone used this before?

Just to clarify, although the article is titled Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance, the cover I took out was purely for redundancy and covered £2500 of income per month for a premium of £68.75. The initial period where you can't claim is 3 months from inception.
