P.S. I again remind you my argument is not that all outperformance is luck. My argument is simply you have a !!!!!! of a job deciding, to the extent that it's pretty much impossible... see New Star for an example of people who really ought to have been able to decide failing amusingly miserably.

Dooonut, underneath the rubbish you spout (personal attacks etc) its actually quite interesting from a complete novice to read an 'alternative' view. However its quite tiring to read through your posts to drag out the relevant stuff from teh chaff.

If only you could drop your hatred of HR/IFA's etc, or rather start your own debate/thread on why this is,.. and then answer intelligently and relevantly to the OP's question..... well it'd make my life a bit easier.
