The announcement will be in around 90 day. Spoke to my solicitors and the papers will probably be ready to sign soon! What are good reasons to stall the seller?0

Are you in consultation by any chance?? I would be very concerned about my job security if I was!
Put it this way I work for Bank of Ireland and 'offically' get redundacy notice in April (90 days). I certainly wont be applying for a mortgage/buying a house.0
