Hello,
I got a bit overzelous witht the Travelodge winter sale & booked 4 nights at the Dumfries travelodge (19-22nd Feb) but can't go now as we can't afford the time off work or college. 3 of the nights were the £9 ones, the other one was £29. Am I able to sell them on?? If so, how do I go about doing this?
Thanks in advance for your help!!

I have seen Travelodge breaks for sale on ebay. You would probably have to contact them to change the name of the booking when sold.0

The terms of the Travelodge special rates are that they cannot be cancelled / refunded and cannot be amended, and this includes name changes which would be needed for you to sell the rooms on.
Sorry!
If someone checked into a room under your name, they would be in breach of U.K. anti-terrorist legislation. I know it sounds severe, but that's how it is. You should also bare in mind that someone using a room under your name could have meals and bar bills charged to the room which would be (legally) deducted from your credit card if that person decided to check out without settling their bill as they would be the card details held by the hotel for guarantee and payment.
It's a big risk to take for the sake of a couple of £9 rooms.0 -
Thanks everyone, some really good points. Id forgotten about the no amendments condition.
I really wish i didnt have those extra few days off over christmas now!!!
