and tick to search title and description. Tick 'items near me' and set the miles from your postcode depending on how far you want to travel to get stuff, I use 10 miles.
Adjust other search options as you like.
Tick save this search and then edit the e-mail options for how long you want to get informed of new stuff that matches the search. Stuff that sellers won't post usually goes pretty cheap...
