AandWmum please tell Miss A, that the best, beautiful, wonderful, people are born on the 14th Jan :D

Taxed 'his' car as he 'forgot' to get it MOTed, which got sorted on Monday, he then couldn't find his insurance, and it seems that ran out on the 10th Jan! he gave me £100 for 6 months, the woman at the post office wanted £115, so I had to fork up the extra £15, mean while I am having to run him to work 15 miles each away and fetch him. men really.

Washing now dry and sorted, folded ready for ironing.
Done the left hand side of the oven, will do the RHS tomorrow night.
Dr appointment at 5pm (infected toe, oh dear I have to pick him up from work at 5pm, well guess what, he will have to wait!)
Eye test appointment at 3.55pm, woman already on the phone has tried to sell me £57 glasses, I said no, I want to see what is available / what I need first.
Had soup and toast for lunch.

Tag, there's no need to be scared of the dentist, they're great, anything is better than toothache.:D

I'd rather go to the dentist a kazillion times then go on a flight again.;)

Ah well you see, I'd rather go flying around in an plane a kazillion times than go to the dentist. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Just listed 6 things on ebay. I love the selling but I'm not to keen on the packaging and posting.
Right I suppose I'd better go and find my list again.

HomeSpun I was just reading through your daily things and I noticed that you had 7 days of feeding your cat and dog – do they not eat some days.. it just struck me as funny, sorry strange sense of humour J How was the hotpt that DD1 made?

Lol - I know what you mean, but some days the dog doesn't eat , no rhyme or reason behind it really, she just won't eat dog food for a day , other days, I forget to put food down for her as she never asks :o:rotfl:, so if I put it in my dailies, I always know I've put food down for her. The cat on the other hand, you can't forget - she howls like a banshee when she's hungry. God that makes me sound like a really bad pet owner, but I'm not - honest :D.

DD1s hotpot was lovely (apparently - I don't eat lamb, but I tried some of the veg and it was good!). The only compaint OH had was that there wasn't enough . It was a recipe to feed 4, I added extra veg to it and it fed three children and him so I don't know what his problem is, might give him one of the dogs worming tablets :rotfl:.

I've put another load in the WD, but done nothing else. I've also worked out what the tummy problem is/was (I think it's going). I had the audacity to eat a chocolate muffin last night . Every so often, for a period of about 4 months, I seem to develop an intolerance to eggs. It eventually goes away and all is well, normally, but I had eggs in stuff last week a couple of times and my stomach hurt a bit (think copious amounts of gas and a severe over eating binge on really hot curry - it's the best way I can describe the feeling). However it has got worse each time lately and last night must have been that because of the muffin . It was agony and I've had about two hours sleep, whereas normally I can sleep through the pain. I did go to the doctors about it about a year ago and she said it was quite normal to develop 'temporary intolerances' and I would grow out of it (I'm 34 :rotfl:).

I will go do something, when I've had another coffee ;)

Triker...poor you! I think I have a tooth with a hole but I know he'll pull it out so too scared to go :rotfl:

Natty68...didn't go anyway but just didn't post anything yesterday, or maybe one thing. Everyone has gone quiet :( Thanks for the encouragement!

10 mins and the baby goes to nap which gives me an hour to do more kitchen. Gone cold all of a sudden though as the sun has disappeared so I might clear the grate so I can light a fire. Had to turn the heating up a touch as my washing isn't drying either.

pigpen- ejoy the major declutter and yes lets have some photos.

Okay going to start one quick question What do people put intheir DW when putting them on a clean cycle?

I put dirty pots in my DW.. and potties, cat bowls, litter trays, mooncups, oven shelves and the drawer from the WM.. ok.. anything normal people wash in their sink.. I put in the DW.

I've loaded 1 TD dryer today.. helped a fellow student with 3 assignments and done nothing else..

Now I MUST start dinner.. I have to eat before I go tonight!

Been to the gym (20 minutes on treadmill - very slow powerwalking ;) ) and an hour's pilates.

Came home, had lunch (chicken & millet - suppose I should have some veg & fruit at some point).

Am now going to try to motivate myself to get going on my flying so there's no weekend backlog... although all I really want to do it lie on the sofa and read a book!

Triker - hope you feel better soon. Take painkillers, lie on the sofa and get everyone to run round after you for a bit!

Gryfon - a hole in your tooth doesn't necessarily mean an extraction. It might just be a small filling, or possibly a root canal. Extraction is the last resort. Go to the dentist before you lose the tooth.

jjef - I put soda crystals in the DW to clean it, as grease is the problem rather than limescale. If it was limescale I guess I'd put vinegar in...

pigpen - don't forget to do the 'before' pics please!
