I do that occasionally, I also hang carrier bags with items that need to go places So that I have to hold them to open the door! Miss A has caught onto this and sometimes leaves notes on the door now as well!
Triker, think you mean a coat stand like one of these? Just don't let Mudbath click the link
Right lounge straightening first off so I can get the hoover round there.
When I left the house this morning someone has tied a carrier bag to my front door handle (on the outside). In it is a Sun Holiday application form, a complete set of tokens, and the pull out section from the paper with details of all the holiday parks and available dates.
I don't know who put it there. I did hear my dog woof while I was in the shower but I ignored her.
Results of HHC:
Tidied the breakfast things away
loaded and started DW
prepared soup for lunchtime
cut money off coupons out of newspapers, put papers in the shed or bunnies.
Turned hot water on ready for serious cleaning
Got carpet shampooer out of the shed
Took fresh veg out to the shed (fridge overflow)
Lit a scented candle to create an ambience :rotfl:Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0 -

Well in my HHC I managed to finish off my porridge, put one load in the WM, and washed and dried up the majority of the washing up. This was loads, and it's still not all done, cos we've managed to use nearly all the cutlery and crockery in the house as we've not done the washing up for a few days. Off to do the rest of the washing and drying up, as this will also declutter the sides in the kitchen, and the dining table and coffee table. Hopefully by then the WM will have finished so I can put it in the TD, then off to Mr T to get milk before going off to school. That reminds me - must find my SatNav.
How did everyone else do?

sexymouse i've only just realised i've got a pm!!!! :j (i never get any that's why i am so excited) - thanks, this will make OH very happy!!
someone asked how to multiquote - this is how i do it:
A (this one's easier) - i always have a 'notepad' open alongside the flylady thread and when i read along and want to reply to someone: just write the name and your reply in the notepad until you are through with thread - then post your reply with the copied replies from the notepad; i highlite the names to make it more visible (i hope this makes sense?)
or B (slightly more work) - multiquotes:
again with notepad; read a post and click the 'quote' button - then copy the whole quote (including the [/quote] .....) into notepad and add your answer below, on the website click the 'backbutton' that will bring you back on to the thread, then next 'quote' ...etc - when you are through with the thread click 'post reply' - copy the whole of the notepad over and voila ....
just ask if you need more help!0 -

(see previous posts):T Thought of other things I need to do, but I've just forgotten....don't you just hate it when that happens:mad: (sits here for several minutes to try and remember.....) must focus on lounge and work way around it. (no still can't remember what it was.....bl##dy hormones!)
Love the coat stands, would love to get one, but it wouldn't be used. Why do you need a coat stand when you've got a floor:mad: (life according to children.)
The problem with common sense is its not very common:rotfl:
