I'm looking at WW travel insurance for myself and two student sons, aged 19 & 21. The cheapest is 'Travel Insurance Web' at around £45 but I've just read quite a few negative comments on them(in the Insurance forum) as far as claiming is concerned.

The next cheapest appears to be Direct Travel at about £85 which is quite a jump.

Is 'Travel Insurance Web' really that bad for claims?
