Getting Natwest interest rate lowered

Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you have managed to get the interest rate lowered on your Natwest card.
I rang up the other day and asked, but the lady said under no circumstance do they lower the interest rates. The day before, I rang Halifax and got my interest rate lowered from 21.9% to 17.9%. Not as much as I had hoped for, but at least it's something.

I rang Ulster Bank (owned by RBS as is NatWest) to see if I could lower my APR from 19.9% and was told they don't lower interest rates. Worth a punt anyway0

My rate is 16.9% I think.0

That's their typical APR at the moment so I doubt they will change it.Kavanne
