how to order dell pc that is wireless ready?

I am not sure which option to tick on Dell to get a pc that is wireless ready, (pci card) there seems to be an option for a usb adapter, but I cannot see another option for wireless?

I am considering buying a 3100/5150, can you help me on the wireless thing...
