I went to ENeryHelpline to see what I could save, and it reccommended London Energy. So I went to London Energy's website as the guide advises. However, when I entered my detils there it said I could get NO savings at all. Does anyone know why? I am reluctant to switch via EnergyHelpline when the power companies site says I won't get savings.

London Energy Online is only available through comparison sites. It is not available on London Energy's own website which quotes their standard, very much dearer tariff.
I signed up to London Energy Online through Energyhelpline at the end of October. I can confirm that the prices quoted there are correct and that is what I've been charged.0 -
Thank you, that answered my question perfectly. I will go off and switch!0

Hi Jane,
I was in exactly the same situ about a month ago. It is exactly as jem says. When my contract came from London Energy it gives exact details of your online tariff, which is significantly lower than going direct through LE's own website. If you change, check the tariffs when they come through and you have 12 days to cancel the swap if your no happy.
