Could be a faulty card reader as mentioned further up the post, if not placed in the wrong slot.
As viewing card will work in any box, without the need of phoning Sky up to marry the card to the new box, however not the sports and movies, which does need the card marrying up to the new box.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
Put your card back in your old box, see if it works in that one, if it does, it is down to Sky not changing it over.
